When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Our sourcing and design team work on finding and crafting the best products to introduce to our shoppers. Please sign up for the foxysecret newsletter on the footer of our homepage and follow us on Instagram @foxysecrets

Do you guys re-stock your inventory?

On occasions, we will re-stock some of our items. Due to the number of orders placed weekly, we do our best to replenish stock for our top items so we should have stock ready and waiting to be dispatched.

There is something defective. What do I do?

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your new style
